Because lets face it, we would all rather eat some pizza than stress over how many calories is it in. And that?s okay! A good diet doesn?t have to be something restricting, but rather choosing to eat healthier alternatives. The problem with people and dieting, is that most people think you ?diet? and then stop. But really, your diet should be something that is consistent! A diet isn?t something you are ?on?, but what you DO! Eat clean, eat healthy, and snack on pizza every once in awhile!
